This time together uses various tools to support you in sleeping and dreaming well. Each night time sleep holds the potential for deep healing both on a physical and emotional level. When we experience non REM deep dreamless sleep our body intelligently does a repair and restoration process. When we dream, although it’s not known for certain why we dream, it is strongly believed that dreams balance our emotional well being. We dream in symbols and images and symbols are the language of the soul. Dreaming holds the potential to balance the psyche. Each night has all the potential to be a complete therapy in itself.

This therapy is a support space for your night time sleep to be optimal, and do what it naturally does best.
